My idiot IT person who doesn't get that I don't need a million fancy functions installed it on my computer and I got the blue screen of death (configuration) a million times. So i had to upgrade it to a 'problem free' verson of Microsoft 7, and because of that Microsoft 7 should've been free. I've already wasted WEEKS on this problem.
